RupeeSmart provides free online calculators and educational articles related to Indian personal finance. All calculations run in your browser using publicly available formulas and rules.

RupeeSmart is an educational tool, not a registered investment adviser, broker, or tax consultant. Outputs are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide. They do not consider your full personal situation, surcharge brackets above ₹50L, regional variations in stamp duty, employer-specific tax benefits, or your individual risk appetite.

For decisions involving significant sums or legal/tax filing, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a qualified CA.

We make our best effort to keep tax slabs, GST rates, repo rates and formulas accurate as of the date shown on each article. India's regulatory environment changes frequently — we cannot guarantee that every number is current at the exact moment you read it. Please verify critical figures against official sources (incometax.gov.in, gst.gov.in, rbi.org.in) before filing or transacting.

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a rate that overloads our servers.
• Reproduce article content on other sites without attribution and a do-follow link back.
• Use the site to harm minors, defame anyone, or violate Indian law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or break the application.

Calculator code, articles, design and the "Rupee Rishi" persona are owned by RupeeSmart. You're welcome to share calculator results, embed calculator URLs, and quote short article excerpts with attribution. Bulk republication requires written permission.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
